It's back to school time and you know what that means: colds, the flu, RSV, ear infections and Pink Eye! Oh, and vaccinations! An important way to help our little ones avoid and fight off illness is with bioenergetic, cellular and immune support.
Here are some ways to help boost a child's immune system:
A healthy diet - unprocessed foods:
Berries: Contain antioxidants that fight free radicals in the body. You can add them to yogurt or pudding.
Citrus fruits: Contain vitamin C, which strengthens the immune system, as well as B vitamins, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, and antioxidants.
Broccoli: Contains vitamins A and C. You can try cutting the florets into shapes like trees and dipping them in ranch or another sauce.
Yogurt: Contains probiotics, which are healthy bacteria that help the body fight sickness. Look for low-sugar or no-added-sugar yogurt, as sugar can have the opposite effect on the immune system.
Garlic: Contains allicin, which converts into sulfur compounds when eaten and has medicinal properties like boosting the immune system.
Nuts and seeds: Contain protein, fatty acids, dietary fibers, minerals, and vitamins, including magnesium, calcium, potassium, zinc, and iron.
Note: You may want to pack a lunch. Some school lunch programs are rather nutritionally void (processed foods).
Other factors:
Enough sleep. Make sure the technologies are off and your child is not online during sleeping time.
Physical activity is always encouraged.
If you have access to an IMAET (Bioenergetic Communication Technology), working on Allergies as well as focusing the Immune System are great ways to support the body functionally. Use Allergies & Sensitivities. Other useful panels are ACU/Meridian or Sinuses.
To learn more about using IMAET visit The Quantum Bioenergetics Academy and sign up for training.
We can communicate with the Immune System. We can communicate with our Genome. This is the new Energy Medicine.
